if you’ve been paying attention over the last few years to the fitness industry, you’ve probably noticed your local “Globo Gym” with bosu balls, treadmills with internet capabilities, everyone on a cell phone, and Big Poppa Pump over by the mirror wearing his Tye died weight belt while doing lateral raises. Well, let me reiterate something so important and simple that so many overlook, you can’t get and strong and fast if you don’t lift heavy weight PERIOD!!!! Don’t get me wrong, bosu’s and band have there “small” place but they should not form the foundation of your training. My favorite sport (football) is right around the corner and if you’re looking to “Blow Past Your Competition” get stronger, Faster, Tougher, and Meaner then you must do…………..
