Athletic Development Program:

Wanting and needing a stronger, healthier, more athletic body is not a task easily came by.  Every day millions of people go to the gym, get on a stairmaster or selectorized piece of equipment and think that will be all that’s needed to achieve their goals.  Ignorantly for them, there is a proven science to achieving the desired level of strength and athleticism and they may never achieve it.  The key for athletic success begins in the weight room, and studies have shown that athletes who participate in a strength training program are faster, quicker, more explosive, and they have fewer injuries.  Luckily for you, we have you covered in all areas!  The entire program from top to bottom will becreated for you by our professional coaches/trainers.

At The FITT Warehouse Strength Gym we take highly dedicated, hard working athletes and transform them into explosive, brutally strong, mentally & physically tougher athletes.  This applies to both men and women, boys and girls. Our training not only develops the physical but also the mental.  We’re all about building character in our athletes, and teaching them life lessons which are in alignment with what happens on the competitive scene in sports.

Why do you need to do something different?

Most athletes need to get the edge over their competition.  Their competition is already doing everything they are doing: attending athletic camps and clubs specific to their sport, training in their high school or collegiate weight room, etc.  Here at FITT Warehouse we offer specialized training methods for athletes, giving you the edge you need to transform yourself from ordinary into extraordinary.  The training of our athletes takes place in small groups, allowing like minded athletes to gather together and feed from one another as opposed to being stuck with unmotivated individuals who bring the energy of the group down.  Groups are often 3 – 6 athletes per Coach.

What type of individual is accepted into our athlete development program?

We interview all athletes AND parents prior to acceptance into our Athletic Development Program.  Interviewing our athletes and their parents prior to acceptance ensures that we have athletes who are ready and willing to commit to their success with supportive parents who trust us and allow us to do what we do best, which is transforming athletes into the best they have ever been.  Parents and athletes are interviewed because we not only require highly committed athletes, but we look for parents to be supportive of what we do, NOT overbearing.  Please understand that not all applicants are accepted due to the serious nature of our training program.  This ensures that every athlete in our groups is highly motivated.  We do not accept unmotivated athletes into our groups!!!!!!!!  We are looking for those individuals and athletes who are ready to take their workout and training to the next level.  If you want serious results and are ready to do the work – then this is for you!  No matter your age or workout level, if you show us the dedication to train hard, then we’ll show you the results!

We are currently limiting FITT Membership to 50 athletes to ensure our athletes get the best coaching possible.  If you apply when membership is full you have the option of being placed on our waiting list.

Training athletes is done ranging from 1 – 5 times each week.  We don’t offer single sessions here, we offer monthly and yearly membership.  We are not interested in a quick fix program…greatness was not built in a day!  Your first membership is 3 months.  After you complete your first 3 months, you have the option to renew for 3 or 12 months, if we feel you are a great fit for FITT Warehouse Program.

If price is your main concern then we are NOT the right program for you.  You can go to the local health club and your results will reflect your price.  We are not the “Wal-Mart of Athletic Performance.”   How committed are you to being the best at your sport?

Athlete Group/Sports Team Membership Options (5+ People)

3 Sessions/Week (MVP Package)

$199 x 3 payments = 12 weeks (36 sessions) @ $16.58/session

$189 x 12 payments = 52 weeks (156 sessions) @ $14.58/session

2 Sessions/Week (All-Star Package)

$175 x 3 payments = 12 weeks (24 sessions) @ $21.87/session

$162 x 12 payments = 52 weeks (104 sessions) @ $18.75/session

1 Session/Week

$125 = 4 weeks (8 sessions) (For In-Season Athletes Only!)

S.A.Q. Rates (Speed, Agility, Quickness)

$120 = 8 sessions @ $15 each

Speed, Agility & Quickness sessions are currently twice a week.  Payment is due at time of joining.  Please contact us about setting up a time for YOUR team to train together.

*NEW* Adult F.I.T.T. Camps

Incredible general fitness boot camps for maximum results in minimal time!  Classes are Tuesday and Thursday mornings.  Class size is limited, call for availability! F.I.T.T. Camp’s are held at various days and times throughout the year and are 45 mins. in length per class. Please check calendar for updates. Call us for info on when the next F.I.T.T. Camp is starting!

F.I.T.T. Camp Membership Options

*F.I.T.T. Camps will only be held if there are a minimum of 5 people signed up*

Program Consultation (In person or online):

Are you already a member of a gym or fitness center, and are you wasting your time and money going to the gym and not knowing what to do?  No problem, we can help!  FITT Warehouse is now offering affordable program consultation and development by their Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists.  We can design you a one, two or three month program that you will perform at your gym.  Additionally, we are now working with high schools to develop programs for their athletes!  Email us at FITTWarehouse@gmail.com the following information for a FREE QUOTE:

  1. I was just curious if you have to have a team to get in on the team/athletic training? I am an MMA fighter and live in Douglasville but train in Hiram. I am looking to drive down to Newnan to train with a gym down there and was wondering what you think would be a good option for me. I work full time and train MMA about 5 times a week for 3-4 hours in the evening. But before my next fight I want this kind of physical training. My phone # is 404-783-8981
