 Youth Foundation Ages 6-9: Introductory Skills and Athletic Movement

  • Athletes train twice (2) per week for 45 minutes
  • 30 minutes on proper running mechanics, landing, and decelerating
  • 15 minutes bodyweight strength and core only

Rookie Development Program Ages 10-14: This program is for emerging athletes who have already demonstrated good technique and a solid base of relative and core strength.

  • Athletes train twice (2) per week for 60 minutes
  • 30 minutes on focused decelerating, accelerating, and bounding program
  • 30 minutes on strength training with likes of medicine balls, dumbbells, and core
All Star Development Program Ages 14+:  The Ultimate Program for taking Junior Level Athletes to the next level
 
  • Athletes train 2-3 times per week for 60 minutes each workout
  • Intensive focus on SAQ
  • Strength training using the “Conjugated Method” of Max Effort, Dynamic Effort, and Repeated Effort
  • Improve Rate of Force (Power)

MVP Development Program Ages 18+: Desinged for enhancing specific traits in college and professional athletes

  • These workouts are personalized for each person in the group

  • I was just curious if you have to have a team to get in on the team/athletic training? I am an MMA fighter and live in Douglasville but train in Hiram. I am looking to drive down to Newnan to train with a gym down there and was wondering what you think would be a good option for me. I work full time and train MMA about 5 times a week for 3-4 hours in the evening. But before my next fight I want this kind of physical training. My phone # is 404-783-8981
